MacWorld SF keynote live coverage on MacScoop!

MacosXrumors should be able to provide a live coverage for MacWorld Expo’s opening keynote which is performed by Apple’s CEO, Steve Jobs. The event starts at 9 a.m (PST) and the coverage will be provided in the form of a text live transcript.

The coverage will be made available on MacScoop.com in a dedicated minimal interface. So as to not have the same server problems we have encountered during the October 19 event, we have set-up a new dedicated server infrastructure which can handle several times more hits than the former one, so we hope our server will stay up this time.

In case even this new infrastructure isn’t enough, we’ll mirror our coverage on mirror1.macscoop.com and mirror1.macosxrumors.com (the mirrors will not be activated if the main server works).

Now all depends on our ability to receive live information feeds from attendees of the event. We already have some regular sources of live feed but any help from you would be welcome.

In case you would like to help, please contact us by email or through AIM/iChat (DJNeural). You may also provide your mobile phone number so as we can call you back.
