Apple has filed two new trademarks at the U.S. Patents and Trademarks Office on February the 22nd. The first is "MacBook" and the second is "FrontRow". MacBook: IC 009. US 021 023 026 036 038. G & S: Computers, notebook computers, computer hardware, computer software;; Computers, notebook computers, computer hardware, computer software, computer peripherals. FIRST USE: 20060110. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20060110 "MacBook Pro" is the name that is given to the latest, Intel-based high-end laptops, replacing the name "Powerbook". It is very likely that "MacBook" will be the new name of the entry-level line currently named "iBook". FrontRow: IC 009. US 021 023 026 036 038. G & S: Remote controllers for audio devices, video devices and personal computers; computer software for controlling the operation of audio and video devices and for viewing, searching and/or playing audio, video, television, internet radio, photographs and other digital images, and other multimedia content. FIRST USE: 20051012. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20051012 "FrontRow" is the name of a new Application that Apple has released late last year along with a new iMac G5 which features a built-in iSight, an IR sensor and a remote. This application allows users to access easily to all their media content using a Remote Control.
