AT&T offers iPhone compatible Enterprise plans

AT&T, which has exclusivity over iPhone sales in the U.S.A. has announced it will be offering iPhone compatible plans to business customers.

The offer consists of unlimited data and voicemail plans with two year commitment at $45 for 200 SMS, $55 for 1500 SMS and $65 for unlimited SMS. It also offers the possibility to buy options for international EDGE access.

Boot Camp now supports Windows 64-bit

MacRumors reports that Apple has quietly released a new version of Boot Camp adding support for Windows in its 64-bit flavor.

The recently released Mac Pros include a new installation DVD which contains 64-bit compatible drivers for Windows 64-bit.

We can now expect Apple to release these new drivers on its web site soon.

Apple Financial results on Tuesday

Apple will announce its Q1 fiscal (or Q4 calendar) financial results on Tuesday. The company is expected to post about $1.5 billion of profit on $9.5 billion of revenue.

Though iPod sales could be disappointing and iPhone numbers have already been made public during last week's MacWorld SF 2008 opening keynote (4 million units sold since launch), Apple could surprise us with higher than expected Mac sales.

Tuesday will probably not be the best day to announce financial results for Apple, as the U.S. markets are expected to plunge on U.S. economy recession fears and criticizm over George Bush's growth package announced last Friday.
