UPDATEx2: Telecom Italia's VP Luigi Licciardi revealed during an interview that TIM will distribute the iPhone "with 3G capability" in June.

UPDATE: SingTel announced it will carry the iPhone in Singapore, Philippines, India and Australia. The two last are already covered by Vodafone.

México Móvil announced today it will carry the iPhone in Mexico.

The mobile telecom carrier hasn't given more details but it appears obvious that the deal is for the forthcoming 3G version of the iPhone.

México Móvil also provides mobile communications to other large countries in the region such as Brasil and has over 150 million customers all around the world.

Yesterday, Vodafone announced it would carry the iPhone in several European countries as well as India and South Africa. Rogers and Telecom Italia both announced deals for the distribution of the iPhone in their respective countries, Canada and Italia.

This morning, the Swiss journal "Le Matin" also reports that Swisscom has signed a deal with Apple for the distribution of the iPhone in Swisserland.

With all those announcements recently made, the rumours on further announcements in Swisserland, Belgium and Asia, Apple is clearly poised for an international launch of the 3G iPhone.
